Product code: P00940 Shipping and payment

Unconventionally tilted stand for one Koshi chime. Let it ring freely with the wind or the gentle touch of your hand.

The stand consists of a flat base and a bar. A hook is placed on the upper end of the bar, on which the chime is hung.

The beech stand is decorated with the OM symbol on the base.

The symbol of Om (ॐ) is one of the most important symbols in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. It represents the universal sound that is considered the fundamental vibration of the universe, and is often interpreted as the primordial sound of creation. The symbol of Om is also known as the "pranava mantra" and has several important meanings:

  1. Sound and Vibration: the Om is considered to be the first sound that was created at the creation of the universe. This sound represents the fundamental vibration that pervades all things.
  2. Holy Syllable: It is a sacred sound and mantra, often used in meditation and prayer. Its vibration is meant to bring peace and harmony.
  3. Threefold Meaning:
    • A (Akar) represents creation (Brahma),
    • U (Ukar) represents maintenance (Vishnu),
    • M (Makar) represents destruction or transformation (Shiva).
  4. Cycles of Existence:
    • The waking state (Jagrat),
    • dream state (Svapna),
    • Deep sleep (Sushupti).
  5. Oneness and the Absolute: It also represents the state of the absolute (Turiya), which transcends the above three states of consciousness and symbolizes enlightenment and oneness with ultimate reality.

Om is thus a multifaceted symbol with deep spiritual and philosophical meaning

The assembly of the stand is very simple:

  1. You insert the rod into the drilled hole in the base - if you can get the hook to point towards the base it will be great
  2. You push to get the rod as deep as possible into the hole - this ensures stability and strength
  3. If you don't get the hook quite right the first time it doesn't matter. You turn the rod so that the hook is pointing down towards the base
  4. Hang up your favourite chime and you can immerse yourself in the melody.

You can find a video tutorial on how to assemble it on YouTube.
