• Releasing tension: Strike the tuning fork with a mallet or activator. Bring the tuning fork close to your left ear and listen to the tone for a while. Then bring it close to your right ear and listen again. Focus only on that single tone, let it float around you and sink into you. Continue to strike the tuning fork as needed. The tone will fill your body, like pouring water into a glass, gradually filling your body with tone from your feet through your hips, abdomen, and chest...
